Facilitating Change
-
I have always had a practice of connection to the more-than-human surroundings. From gardening, to foraging, to fermenting or composting. I also facilitate processes that bring this embodied knowledge to the centre and helps build connection to the ecological surroundings we have grown apart from, through curiosity and play.
-
I host fermentation workshops and courses as ways to explore our connection to the world, reflect on the sustainability of the food system… or just learn a new practice!
-
I love developing a close relationship with my surroundings, and this includes learning about uses of plants & fungi. I bring individuals and groups with me, to get acquainted with the surroundings and recognise the plants that are available and useful in our surroundings.
-
Hospicing as a practice of letting go of what no longer serves us, is or has become a buzzword within sustainability groups.I facilitate processes to identify mental models, practices and processes that become obsolete if we want to transform the way we are in relation to the world. I recognise this is an emotionally charged practice, and I create a caring space for this reflection.
